Higher Self Tech: Reducing Trauma
So, just because we create
our own reality, does it mean we can't have compassion for when
things seem to go terribly wrong? What are we to do when our
unconscious creations cause trauma to ourselves and others?
All of the people in our daily
lives are reflections of ourselves. As
we
learn
to
be more
gentle
and
compassionate
with Self, it automatically will extend to others. With the
Shift progressing more and more, the opportunity for trauma increases.
The Elias
teachings are specifically designed to reduce the amount
of trauma that may occur as we go from unconscious creators
to Conscious Creators. The keys to doing this are Self-Acceptance
and Trust.
If you feel led to help another
human being, this is not in contradiction to the Elias teachings.
Some of the things that can be done to aide the participants
in the Hurricane Katrina drama are:
1. Provide housing by volunteering
a spare bed at Moveon.org .
2. Join Americorps or USAFreedomCorps.gov to
sign up for a tour of duty like the Peace Corps but within the
U.S.
3. Go to Craigslist.org to
volunteer free items or services to hurricane participants.*
4. Don't try to take responsibility
for another person's creation. We all have free will. We may
use it to help our fellow man but it is most helpful if we
use it to help them help themselves. Empower your neighbor to
believe in themselves.
5. Realize that the best way you
can help the planet and your fellow human being's suffering is
to stop your own suffering first! The waves of Self-acceptance
and Self-Trust that you emanate from your core being are felt
within consciousness much more than the material relieves of
food, water, and shelter. If you think you can not provide material
help, it doesn't matter. Focus on self and learn how to bring
Self-Acceptance and Trust into your own life and this is a magnificent
contribution to lessening the trauma within objective reality!
*In the You Create Your Own Reality
philosophy there are no victims. There are only participants.
It's important to honor the Creator despite the judgment we place
on the type of manifestation that has taken place. To assume
it is not a "right" creation is to deny the validity
of experience that a soul may wish to participate in.
